There is nothing could be improved about my treatment. Everything was explained to me and I was totally at ease at all points. Every member of staff I have met was so friendly and supportive. My anxiety was gone about the treatment on my first visit. Extremely supportive staff. My treatment was absolutely amazing. I could not recommend the treatment enough.

The staff treating me were excellent. They were very considerate and understanding, nothing was too much trouble for them. I am not sure if the treatment has helped as much as I'd hoped, however I know some patients don't see an improvement until after the treatment has finished so I remain helpful.

I am that you have been disappointed with the results. I hope that you have continued to see improvements following discharge which can often happen . Please don not hesitate to get in touch with the team if require. I

Staff have all been fantastic and made my son and I very comfortable during treatment. Everything has been explained to me so we knew what was happening. Very nice surroundings and treatment facilities. Problem: My son is unable to walk and, on occasions when we cannot bring wheelchair, access is difficult. It would help if the patient can be dropped off outside the entrance by car. Not possible at the moment.
